Our Doodle Delight Promise offers a 30-day return window on all non-customizable products. Ensuring your and your doodle's happiness is the heart of our service. With a commitment to easy exchanges and cheerful support, we make sure every parcel delivered brings a wag and a smile, or your money back.

Clothing & Accessories Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for all our clothing and accessory items. To start a return, kindly reach out to us at info@doodledogdigs.com. Please note, the cost of shipping the return item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

All returned clothing and accessories must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached, unworn, and completely free of pet hair.

For the first exchange per customer, we handle it at no extra charge. However, you will need to cover the shipping costs for sending the original item back to us. Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale, with original labels intact, and sent back within 14 days of being marked as 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

Clothing and Accessory Exchanges

Your first exchange with us is on the house! The returned item should be in a condition fit for resale, complete with original tags and packaging, and must not have any pet hair. It should be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of being delivered, as recorded by the delivery service. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Complimentary gifts
  • Clearance items
  • Items marked as seconds

Custom Products Return Policy

Due to the unique, personalized nature of our custom products, we are unable to accept returns. Each item is crafted with special attention to your specific design choices, making them uniquely yours.

If your custom product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns with your personalized item.

In the event that you receive an incorrect item, a size or design error, or if the product is damaged upon arrival, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.

We offer the opportunity for minor revisions to your original custom design. However, significant changes, such as altering the main design elements or personalization details, may be subject to an additional fee.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or major changes requested after this period may be subject to a fee, as our production process for custom items often begins shortly after an order is placed.

Please remember, the quality of the custom products largely depends on the quality of the images and instructions provided. We encourage you to follow our submission guidelines closely for the best results. While we do our best to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee all adjustments, such as significant photo alterations or design modifications, can be implemented.
